Holt Hall provides a residential experience for up to 70 students and 8 staff in a country house setting of 75 acres of woodland, lakes, fields, lawns and gardens.
The Hall offers a brief refuge from the hurly burly of modern life and provides opportunities for learning outside the classroom, for developing new skills and interests, as well as making new friends.
We aim to provide a happy and stimulating learning environment where students are encouraged to explore their relationship with others and the environment. We aim to develop skills, knowledge and understanding and promote awareness of personal, local and global issues.
We adopt an active, investigative approach to learning with Centre and school staff working together to provide all students with worthwhile learning experiences. Our team of staff is committed to supporting you throughout your preparation and visit to the Centre and to caring for you and your students during your stay.
We attach great importance to effective Health and Safety management, quality courses and sustainable development practices. Centre staff are always available during the day and a member of Holt Hall staff is on call at night.
